Coach Rae Lorenz, the founder and Head Coach of 3Peat Academy, brings a wealth of experience to the court. With a history in playing and coaching basketball, Coach Rae has spent years refining his approach to sports training, emphasizing not just athletic skills but also personal development. Having worked extensively in experiential teaching, particularly with at-risk youth in the inner city, Coach Rae understands the power of sports in transforming lives.
At 3Peat Academy, Coach Rae integrates life skills like leadership, communication, and goal setting into every session, creating a holistic program that prepares players for success in sports and beyond. Whether on the court or off, Coach Rae is committed to helping every player reach their full potential through fun, engaging, and impactful programming.
