With a focus on fundamental skill development and time slots for all age groups, our Monday skills sessions are all about building strong foundations. Players receive structured, age-appropriate training designed to improve dribbling, shooting, footwork, and decision-making. This is our core and fundamental skills development program where athletes grow their confidence and sharpen their individual skills in a focused, supportive environment.

With focus on Full-Court Gameplay, 3x3 Development & Team Concepts for our Rising Stars and Game Changers age groups (Grade 3 to Grade 12), our Wednesday gameplay programs offer a true game-day experience. Players are placed on teams, warm up instruction, and then compete in full-court 5x5 games and half-court 3x3 games. This is the perfect opportunity for athletes to build confidence in real-time game situations, learn team concepts like spacing, defense, and ball movement, and most importantly—have fun competing. The season finishes with playoffs and awards for standout performers.
